General Announcements
All leaders, deacons, deaconess, auxiliary presidents, choir members, praise teams, ushers, ministers, ushers, security and greeters are asked to meet with Dr. Mack on Tuesday, September 2nd at 6:00 pm.
Baptism and Communion will be held on Sunday, September 7th. All persons who are being baptized and those who are receiving the Right Hand of Fellowship are asked to call the church office.
The Shekinah Glory Revival will be held September 9-14, 2008. Revival Theme:” Reviving the Church with the Proclamation of Christ in a Contemporary Culture.” Mark your calendar for this outstanding Revival.
The Office will be closed on Monday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day.
Youth Announcements
- We need volunteers to assist with the Youth. Do you love inspiring and teaching young people? Then sign-up today to teach Youth TNT for the fall at the kiosk. We need excited and energetic people to teach nursery-12th Grade and people to assist with tutorial.
Music & Fine Arts Announcements
The A.H. Mc Daniel Choir will rehearse Thursday, September 4th-6:00 pm along with the Brother Phi Brother Choir. New members are welcome. Attire for the choir will be all white or off white and the men will wear white collarless shirts and dark pants. The Praise Team will sing for Communion Services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am
Missions and Evangelism
All missionaries are asked to bring toiletries and food items in preparation for the storm that is scheduled to come through New Orleans. Items can be dropped off by Wednesday.
The Youth Missionary is collecting toys for kids who are homeless in association with Project Share. They are asking youth to please share their toys with kids who are less fortunate. All toys should be in very good condition. Drop off is in the breezeway each Sunday.
